It brings together four of Ontario’s major real estate boards, making it Ontario’s second-largest real estate board. The association represents nearly 9,000 REALTORS® working in a broad region that includes:

Agents working in the Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge), Niagara North, Haldimand County, and most of Norfolk County areas are automatically members of Cornerstone Association of Realtors. These agents now share a unique MLS Listing service exclusive to Cornerstone.

Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus and Cornerstone

Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus is proud to be a Member Broker of the Cornerstone Association of Realtors. In addition to being a member of Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Barrie & District Association of Realtors (BDAR), and OnePoint Association of Realtors, we are also fully integrated with Cornerstone.

When you join Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus, no agent has to give up anything. Whether you’re an active member of Cornerstone, TRREB, BDAR, OnePoint, or even if you’re parking your license without board membership, you will continue to have access to everything you currently enjoy. The transition is seamless, and our cloud-based platform ensures everything remains efficient and effective.

MLS Listings and How It Works with Cornerstone

Cornerstone members enjoy access to a dedicated MLS system that is exclusive to Cornerstone REALTORS®. This means that agents in the Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Waterloo Region, Niagara North, Haldimand County, and Norfolk County areas will see listings through the Cornerstone MLS system.

However, if you’re a member of TRREB, BDAR, or OnePoint, you’ll be using Proptx, which is the common MLS system used by those boards. While Cornerstone does not use Proptx, Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus ensures that no matter which MLS system you’re using, your listings will be seen by everyone. So whether you’re a Cornerstone agent or a TRREB, BDAR, or OnePoint agent, you’ll still have the visibility and reach needed to successfully List and Sell properties.

For Agents Not Belonging to Any Board

If you’re a licensed real estate agent with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) but are not a member of any real estate board, you can still join Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus. While you won’t have access to the MLS Listings data or the exclusive services offered by any specific board (like Cornerstone), you will still have access to realtor.ca, the public-facing MLS platform.

Through realtor.ca, you’ll be able to access the same listings that the public can see, and Toronto Real Estate Realty Plus can assist you with additional resources like GeoWarehouse to ensure accurate information when making offers and closing transactions.
