Our Brokerage does not charge Franchise, Desk or Monthly Fees – Not even commission splits. You get Full Brokerage Support Service + Broker Bay for scheduling showing appointments.

Commission Splits and Transaction Fees:

Residential & Commercial Transactions: $495.00 transaction fee per transaction. 100% of the commission paid into your Bank Account.

Residential Lease Transactions: $199.00 transaction fee per transaction. 100% of the commission paid into your Bank Account.

Commercial Lease Transactions : $199.00 transaction fee per transaction or you receive 90% of the commission and the brokerage retains 10%, whichever is higher.

3. Landlord Payments
  • Timely Payments: Landlords are paid within 24 hours after a lease transaction closes successfully. Our commitment to timely payments ensures a smooth experience for property owners.
